So we switched from fabric to paper, a suprisingly unpopular change.

Griefers.

Please Dont do it

Griefing is a direct violation of rules (section 1 rule 3 subrule 1) and is now a tracable and bannable offense.

The shared house at spawn is now half a house due to the tireless efforts of rule breakers. This will be tolerated no further. With the installation of a new tracking mod, every block break, every block place, every entity killed at every location can be traced back to the exact timestamp down to the second and the user. We are a tight-knit community where everyone pretty much knows everyone.

We are dissapointed at this occurence. Perhaps it was not clear that greifing is against the rules.

Do note that the rules clearly state "Players are responsible for staying updated on current rules. Ignorance of rules is not an excuse for violations". This one time I am telling the person who build NSFW at spawn to remove it, the person who built ugly dirt towers and left them to remove it, the person who broke half the house at spawn to fix it, the person who filled said house with end stone to remove it. I know exactly who did each of these things, but give a change to make ammends.

Today choosing to be generous. Perhaps we didn't set a good standard, now everyone, including staffs and people of all ranks must adhere to this standard. If the above does not apply to you, I still encourage you to help undo what others destroyed and greifed.

Welcome back, everyone! We hope you all had an amazing holiday season. As we kick off the new year, we've got some exciting changes coming to the server!

Difficulty Increased to Hard Mode

The server difficulty has been changed from Easy to Hard Mode! Get ready for tougher mobs, more challenging survival, and greater rewards. This change went live on January 5th, so sharpen your swords and stock up on supplies!

Totems of Undying Now Obtainable (hard mode)

Totems of Undying are now available on the server! Hunt down those Woodland Mansions, grind those raids and take on the Evokers to get your hands on these life-saving items. Good luck out there!

The future

To increase playercount and kill boredom, new minor changes will be added at the first of every month. A hint as to this month's change can be found on your sidebar. Check it out and stay posted under events.

The Next Season

We wish everyone a happy holidays and a joyful new year!

The Problem

If you've been around this server for a long time (since before we moved to this domain), you probably know about the failures of the previous seasons.

Problems ranging from people speedrunning elytra with x-ray as soon as the server starts, to blatent admin abuse.

Our Fix

This season, we will have live world backups every few hours and full server backups every 24 hours, with world backups being on github, meaning that even if the server died, I could still host from my laptop if I wanted to.

I have selected an assortment of the most advanced anticheat and cheat tracking mods, meaning that x-ray will be phisically impossible without seedcracking, but seedcracking is impossible because of world generation mods that alter structure and ore generation.

To prevent the problem of blatent admin abuse, I will not be giving any players full OP permissions this season, including myself.

Season 3: SMP

That being said, I plan on implementing a azox coins system, giving minor rewards for logging on frequently or doing tasks, but making sure not to do anything that might diminish the experiece who choose not to interact with any non-vanilla features
